Somehow the title of this makes me feel like I should be saying something profound... bad news for you kiddies...

So I started work a couple weeks, I felt like I was thrown in the deep end, but thats the best way to learn really. I'm working at MYER's department store as a salesperson in the Home Entertainment dept. At first I was overwhelmed how much there was to know... so many specs about so many different devices and brands. Now that I've been there a couple weeks though, I've learned so much and I can actually help people, so I like it. So if anyone plans on buying a new TV and is wondering what to buy... I can help you out
The only fallback is the pay... its minimum... decent hours though. However I have hardly any expenses so I can save pretty well.

In other news... who's heard of Indy? It's awsome, they basically take Surfers Paradise and turn it into a race track that weaves through the city. And since my brother lives in an apartment where the track runs on either side... you can bet ill be there. Well, on my day off from work, friday.

I found out today how to make yourself your very own plasma.. yes thats right, solid-liquid-gas-plasma. You put a toothpick in a microwave and light it on fire as if it were a candle and fire up the microwave. Now I bet half of you are curious and feel like trying it (if you are anything like me) ... but I would advise you otherwise... I saw it on TV
If you want to have some safe microwave fun, try a marshmellow
And if that doesn't do it for you, try a SMALL piece of soap... it basically does the same thing but bigger... and perhaps messier...
hmm... i might need to start thinking about writing a disclaimer...

I'm starting to like TV again now, Aussie TV is just much better than Malaysian. Plus its HDTV, so it looks nice
